During military training, it is imperative to strictly adhere to all disciplines, obey commands, and act in unison. Daily routines are fixed; the first reaction upon hearing the bugle call is to get up and stand at attention. During the attention drill, not a single small movement is allowed, and every action must be executed perfectly. If there is an error during training, one must immediately report it loudly, even if sweat flows into their eyes, their glasses fall to the ground, or their legs have become numb. Without the permission of the instructor, no adjustments are allowed. Strengthening the will, enhancing physical fitness, shaping iron discipline, and improving personal qualities are all meaningful for future work.

At the beginning of training, everyone's tacit understanding was not enough, and there were often phenomena such as disconnection in the team and uneven steps. In the words of the instructor, it was like driving ducks into the river, with a loud clatter. In the end, everyone cooperated with each other, consciously achieving consistency with others' movements, and finally completing all actions very neatly.

This was reflected through several details. Firstly, when shouting slogans, Team A's slogans were not loud enough, so everyone didn't pay much attention. Later, Team B shouted on the side, and then Team A shouted again, with their voices echoing through the sky. Until the end, every team's slogans were the loudest. Everyone thought to themselves, we must surpass them! This kind of team honor that refuses to be outdone has infinite explosive power. Secondly, during the break, there were some small activities. Whenever other teams tried to come to their team to carry out "destructive" activities, the team members would collectively mobilize to resist the enemy. Thirdly, before the final parade, the team members held hands tightly and shouted in unison, "One, two, three, come on!" And a certain comrade emphasized from the first to the last person in the team, "Morale!"

In this beautiful spring season, the weather is warm and flowers are blooming. Due to the impact of the pandemic this year, we didn't travel far. Instead, all employees visited the hometown's beautiful scenery in batches, the national AAAA-level scenic spot of Keyan Scenic Area. There were bridges and flowing water, boats with black canopies, water stages, the Republic of China-style Lvzhen, and a panoramic view of the water town scenery. Military training is impartial and unsympathetic, while spring outings are relaxing and extremely pleasant. Life should be like this, serious, lively, and relaxed with a proper balance.
