In 2008, Comrade Wen Jiabao, who was then the Premier of the State Council, and Comrade Zhao Hongzhu, who was then the Secretary of the Zhejiang Provincial Party Committee, visited Baofang. In 2013, Comrade Liang Guanglie, who was then the Central Military Commission, State Councilor, and Minister of National Defense, along with his wife, cordially met with Yu Baomu, Chairman of Baofang Printing and Dyeing, together with Wang Xinhai, Political Commissar and Secretary of the Party Committee of the Zhejiang Provincial Military Region. Minister Liang personally inscribed the phrase "Purple Qi Comes from the East" and presented it to Baofang, wishing Baofang Printing and Dyeing a promising future as it braves the wind and waves, and progresses steadily through innovation.

In 2017, Sun Ruizhe, President of the China Textile Industry Federation, and Chen Zhihua, President of the China Printing and Dyeing Industry Association, visited Baofang. During their inspection, they fully appreciated Baofang's deep commitment to the textile printing and dyeing industry and its adherence to the enterprise spirit of revitalizing the country through industry. In their speeches, they encouraged Baofang to "remain true to its original aspiration of strengthening the country and enriching the people, and keep in mind the mission of industrial revitalization".

In 2018, Bedi, the president of the International Textile Federation, visited Baofang and conducted a detailed tour of its workshops, living quarters, and product exhibition hall. He highly praised Baofang's production environment, living environment, product quality, and employee quality, commending it as a factory with first-class management, first-class products, first-class environment, and first-class employees, fully meeting international standards.

At the beginning of the new year 2019, Baofang welcomed a delegation of scientists and doctors from South Africa. What is it like to work in Baofang Village's Taohuayuan? After interviewing a group of Baofang people dressed in camouflage uniforms, I can summarize their response to me in two words: happiness.

"How do you feel this year?"

"We're very busy. While other factories are taking a break, we're rushing to fulfill orders and haven't had a moment to rest."

"It must be tough when you're busy, right?"

"It's good to work hard. When the factory's profits are good, our income increases. The more you work, the more you earn. This year, our wages have increased by 30%. We can go home and enjoy the Spring Festival."

"Are you satisfied with your work at Baofang?"

--"I'm satisfied. Our workshop environment is good, and the production area is secured with facial recognition access control. Regarding benefits, there are incentives for seniority, perfect attendance, as well as awards for suggestions and special contributions. As long as you work diligently and steadfastly, you will be rewarded. This year, we also organized a mass tour to Putuo, where over a thousand people participated in batches. It was a spectacular sight, and everyone had a great time. Friends from other coastal areas were envious when they heard about it."

"Are you happy living in Baofang?"

--"Happiness, our dormitory is fully equipped according to hotel standards, and the living area is equipped with surveillance cameras. The activity area of Baofang Home is beautiful and functional, providing places for both the elderly and children to play. We can work with peace of mind, without any worries.
