Baofang Autumn Travel: 2019 National Tourism Season 2, sounding the alarm for quality and civilization

In the golden autumn of October, in order to celebrate the 70th anniversary of the founding of the great motherland, and to enable all Baofang employees to jointly enjoy the dividends of national prosperity and enterprise development, and to enhance their sense of gain, satisfaction, and happiness, Baofang Printing and Dyeing's 2019 full staff tourism plan has bloomed for the second time under the deep care of the Baofang Board of Directors and the Party Branch. The company has repeatedly studied and, without affecting the normal production and operation of Baofang, has promoted unity and friendship, adopted a method of rotating positions, and organized in batches and locations. Today, more than 1000 employees and 19 teams have successfully completed the project.

Study tour to Japan

The first group was led by the chairman to visit and learn in Hokkaido, Japan. The members were senior employees of Baofang, ranging from vice presidents to ordinary employees, totaling more than 20 people.

During a trip to Japan, a small incident deeply touched the hearts of Baofang people: the tourist bus driver, while waiting for time, sat on a small stool, facing the right front wheel, and wiped the wheel hub for half an hour until it was shiny inside and outside. When asked about his car, it had been driven for 20 years, but its condition was almost brand new. This dedication and civilization were touching.

The Baofang Japan team witnessed firsthand how clean the streets of Japanese cities are, how dedicated ordinary Japanese workers are, how precious Japanese people are to resources, how friendly Japan's service industry is to tourists, the high quality of Japanese citizens, and the flourishing of social civilization, which is shocking and urgent! The reason why Japanese manufacturing and Japanese brands are so outstanding worldwide is fundamentally due to their superior quality and civilization, which determines the endurance and quality of development.

After returning, the chairman immediately launched a questioning and education activity called "sounding the alarm for quality and civilization", proposing five civilizations: professional civilization, clean civilization, resource civilization, leadership civilization, and unity civilization. The general manager proposed that in order to achieve a century old factory and a world brand, it is necessary to practice the five civilizations and study the spirit of craftsmanship. Each machine block and group department has started comprehensive training and education, self inspection, self-examination, and improvement by benchmarking against the five civilizations and comparing with the spirit of craftsmanship.
