The third destination of the Baofang Spring Outing Season is the beautiful Fenghua, Ningbo. Led by Chen Laidi, Deputy General Manager in charge of procurement and Director of the Discipline Inspection and Supervision Office, and Ying Baoxiang, Minister of Enterprise Management, the group consists of more than 100 people, mostly energetic and cheerful new employees.

Day 1 Fenghua - Journey through Xuedou Mountain

Xuedou Mountain is located in the northwest of Xikou Town, Fenghua District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is a national scenic spot, a national forest park, and a national AAAAA level tourist attraction. It is known as the "Number One Mountain of the Four Ming Dynasties" and has the reputation of "Penglai on the Sea and Tiantai on the Land".

Xuedou Mountain is one of the five famous Buddhist mountains in China (Xuedou Mountain in Zhejiang Province, Mount Wutai in Shanxi Province, Putuo Mountain in Zhejiang Province, Mount Emei in Sichuan Province, and Jiuhua Mountain in Anhui Province). The picture shows the world's highest copper seated statue of Maitreya Buddha.

The Xuedou Mountain Scenic Area is renowned for its beautiful natural scenery, with the iconic scenic spot of San Yin Tan shown in the picture.

In the spring scenery of nature, the Three Hidden Pools along the way have become the finishing touch, transforming the green mountains and waters into a vivid picture. From time to time, crystal clear water droplets seep out from the moss by the stream, dripping into the small stream and happily swimming towards the middle of the pool. Follow the Three Hidden Pools - Qianzhang Rock - Miaogao Terrace - Xuedou Temple on the 'Xuedou Mountain Crossing Tour'. After enjoying the Three Hidden Pools, take the sightseeing train to Qianzhang Rock to admire the Qianzhang Waterfall, then take the sightseeing cable car to overlook the waterfall from the sky to Miaogao Terrace, visit the Presidential Villa, and finally go to Maitreya Buddha Path - Xuedou Temple Great Compassionate Buddha Country to worship the future Buddha.

The sumptuous dinner eased the fatigue of walking, and after the meal, Mr. Chen organized a unique symposium. Minister Ying introduced the development history of Baofang, which has gone through ups and downs along the way, and explained in detail the company's various rules and regulations as well as employee reward and welfare mechanisms, allowing each employee to deepen their understanding of Baofang, their recognition of the chairman and general manager, and their identification with the corporate culture. Day2 Jiang's Former Residence - The Number One Peach Garden in the World - Nantang Old Street

The former residence of Chiang Kai shek, which was the residence of several generations before and after Chiang Kai shek, is located in Xikou, Fenghua District, Ningbo City, Zhejiang Province. It is the second batch of Chinese 20th century architectural heritage.

The former residence of the Jiang family is a group of buildings, including Fenghao House, Wenchang Pavilion, Xiaoyang House, and Yutai Salt Shop. The architectural layout is a traditional front hall and back hall, with a two box and four hall layout. The buildings meet each other, the corridors loop back and forth, the ink pillars and red walls are magnificent. There are three gardens on the front hall and left and right sides. The halls and corridors are covered with carved and colored paintings. The Baoben Hall has couplets written by Chiang Kai shek himself, which read "Respecting relatives in Baoben is a moral principle", "Filial piety and obedience to descendants are expected in the past and future", and a plaque that reads "Handsome and reasonable", which coincides with Baofang's advocacy of family tradition construction.

Fenghua District in Ningbo City is rich in peach blossoms, and every spring, Fenghua District becomes an ocean of peach blossoms. Linjiacun Taoyuan has been rated as a demonstration base for peach technology in Zhejiang Province and is also known as the "Number One Peach Garden in the World".

Located outside the south gate of the ancient city of Ningbo, Nantang Old Street is one of the eight major historical districts in Ningbo. Nantang Old Street adheres to the foundation of Ningbo culture, with the theme of "Window of Ningbo Traditional Culture, Characteristics of Nantang River Jiangnan Water Town, and Region of Yuan Culture". Through the complete preservation of over 500 meters of Jiangnan traditional streets and alleys, and the successful integration of the historical charm, architectural features, and celebrity culture of the old street into the block layout in the design and construction, it achieves the integration of "history into life, commerce into historical sites".

On the first day, we immersed ourselves in nature, with small streams and majestic waterfalls that complemented and relied on each other, making my thoughts wander. Isn't this a symbol of the Baofang spirit? This is the charm of nature, which brings us joy and relaxation, as well as reflection. I have a deeper understanding of the original intention of organizing employee welfare tours in the factory, which is to make our new employees of Baofang more united, cooperate with each other, and create a beautiful and united Baofang together.

After dinner on the first day, Mr. Chen and Minister Ying organized a unique symposium on site using local materials. Minister Ying gave a detailed introduction to the history and future plans of our Baofang, explaining that although Baofang has strict requirements, it has very humane rules and regulations, and employee benefits. Most of our group are new members of Baofang. The simple and interesting symposium quickly allowed them to understand Baofang's development process and integrate well into the Baofang family. I was also fortunate enough to make a brief self introduction and share my feelings at Baofang, letting new employees know that as long as they work hard enough, Baofang will provide them with a platform for development.

The next day, we visited the former residence of Chiang Kai shek and gained a deeper understanding of his rise and fall. Through our communication with Mr. Chen, I became even more convinced that only with a common goal, unity, and consistent methods can we truly succeed. We at Baofang need to be more united, have a unified goal, work hard to repay the Chairman's care, and win our own success through hard work.

The travel itinerary arranged by the Chairman and Mr. Yu for our group of new employees is a hopeful reminder and expectation for them. The five scenic spots represent the requirements and instructions from the chairman and company leaders respectively; The Xuedoushan Waterfall reminds us to work with the majestic momentum of the waterfall, and to move forward bravely without fear of difficulties. The beautiful peach blossom forest is like a peach blossom garden for Baofang. In the future, Baofang, with its garden style workshop and park style factory, will be more vivid and brilliant than the peach blossom forest.
